Erica Banner is a resident of Brevard, North Carolina, who lives with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Charlie and Jack. She is deeply rooted in the local community and has extensive knowledge of the area, particularly when it comes to planning outdoor activities like trail running and biking in the Pisgah National Forest. When she's not working, you can often find her spending time with her kids at the lake or enjoying her favorite trails, either running or biking with friends.

Professionally, Erica has a strong background in nursing. Over the past 15 years, she has served her community as a registered nurse, initially in the ICU and later as an Oncology Certified Nurse. In addition to her work in healthcare, she and her husband Chad co-founded an adventure and dual sport motorcycle even in 2016. This even is held annually and serves as a fundraiser for the local Boy and Girls Club, reflecting her strong community-minded approach.

Beyond her nursing and community involvement, Erica's entrepreneurial spirit led her to explore real estate. She discovered a passion for helping people find their ideal homes in the same area where they enjoy recreational activities.
